Urbotanica™ began its journey 2 years ago in Australia when the team decided that their many years of horticultural and micro-garden design experience could be used to develop an easy growing solution, able to work in even the most urbanized of home environments. The idea for the Urbipod was born.
The team soon realised there was the potential for this simple urban growing solution to expand beyond just helping people simply grow things in their homes. It could also be the catalyst for positive global change in the way we all share food experiences, reduce wastage and reliance on precious resources while helping reconnect people with the natural growing process.
